HAR reports median single-family home price up 3.8% in June over May 2009, sales continue to climb to 5,086.

June 2009 Quick Facts:

  • The median price of existing single-family homes increased to $165,000 up 3.8% vs May 2009
  • Existing single-family home sales increased 8.4% from May 2009 for a June total of 5,086
  • Condos increased in price to $144,500 up 13.9% vs May 2009
  • Existing condo sales increased 21% in June over May 2009 for a total of 478
