  • The median price of existing single-family homes increased to $145,000 up 3.6% vs May-10
  • Existing single-family home sales decreased -9.8% from May-10 for a Jun-10 total of 1,532
  • Condos increased in price to $90,000 up 2.3% vs May-10
  • Existing condo sales increased 1.9% in Jun-10 over May-10 for a total of 53
