Jun-10 Quick Facts:

  • The median price of existing single-family homes increased to $210,000 up 10.5% vs May-10
  • Existing single-family home sales decreased -11.9% from May-10 for a Jun-10 total of 1,580
  • Condos increased in price to $152,750 up 5.3% vs May-10
  • Existing condo sales decreased -2.5% in Jun-10 over May-10 for a total of 194
