HAR reports median single-family home price down 0.5% in July over June 2009, sales continue to climb to 5,488.

July 2009 Quick Facts:

  • The median price of existing single-family homes decreased to $164,120 down -0.5% vs June 2009
  • Existing single-family home sales increased 2.6% from June 2009 for a July total of 5,488
  • Condos decreased in price to $139,000 down -6.1% vs June 2009
  • Existing condo sales increased 4.3% in July over June 2009 for a total of 589
