  • Existing single-family home sales increased 4.3% from Mar-10 for a Apr-10 total of 4,974
  • Condos increased in price to $141,000 up 8.7% vs Mar-10
  • Existing condo sales decreased -5.3% in Apr-10 over Mar-10 for a total of 500
